Effective, Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 8:00 AM, the Williams Metropolitan Housing Authority, Napoleon, Ohio will open the Housing Choice Voucher waiting list. The waiting list will then close on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM in accordance with 24 CFR 982.206.

Pre-applications will be accepted for the waiting list on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 8:00 AM. Pre-applications will be accepted online at www.nwohhousing.org under the Williams MHA tab. No pre-applications will be accepted after the closing date of Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Public Notice will be provided when the Williams Metropolitan Housing Authority determines to re-open the waiting list.
